When using our Services, including our community platforms (such as Telegram and WhatsApp), you agree not to: (a) share, resell, or redistribute paid content without authorization; (b) harass, abuse, or discriminate against other members or staff; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content; or (e) attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of our Services.

Fees for our Services are payable in accordance with the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase. Because our Services include time-sensitive access, live sessions, and digital content, the refund terms below apply according to the specific Service purchased.
Upon purchase, you will be granted access to the applicable digital product or course, typically through our website, community platform, or a designated third-party hosting service. Access may be time-limited, lifetime, or subject to periodic updates at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue specific digital products or course content, with reasonable notice given where practicable. Access credentials, download links, or account access must not be shared with any third party.
Live Classes and 1-on-1 Guidance sessions are scheduled at specific times and require your attendance to receive the full benefit of the Service. Session recordings, where available, are provided as a supplementary resource and do not replace live attendance.
Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of sessions are subject to the terms outlined in Section 7 (Payments & Refund Policy). We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternative session or reasonable resolution will be offered.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Services may reference, link to, or integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and payment processors. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of any third-party service.
Your use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and we encourage you to review them independently.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Consciousness, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our Services — including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our Services, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or misused our Services in any way.
Upon termination, your right to access the affected Services will immediately cease, and no refund will be issued except where required by law or explicitly stated in Section 7 (Payments & Refund Policy).
